I get a message saying my Windows is a fake.

I am getting an error message when I sign on saying my version of Windows is fake.   When I bought the computer I didn't know I had to do anything as I thought Windows was all set up.   What can I do?

Which model/product does this problem occur in?

Can you provide a screenshot of the message? (Click "ctrl" + "prt sc")

I was able to get the following information from the box.

 

Serial Number:  5CB1441101

Product Number:  QE282UA#ABA

HP 2000-299WM - Notebook PC

Bar Code:  3A0239500-J40-G

 

 

The message I get also asked for:

Product Name

Product Family

System Board CT#

 

Please help me get this corrected as I must take my laptop with me to do some work at a concert and want it to be functioning correctly.
