Product Information Not Valid
The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.please help.
when i try open my laptop then messege on screen Product information is not valid like that. i have windows 7.

Get into the BIOS screen (By Pressing F10 during boot), and check if you can find the Product Number and serial number listed there. Also check if you have any of the UUID's listed as 00000000. In case it does, then the Motherboard needs to be retatooed at the repair line. Did you ever send the unit in for a repair before? I would recommend you to contact support who will help you resolve the issue further.
