how do i change to wireless

Im trying to re-install my printer software.  I think I did not need to re- register it.  when I had it installed at my last address, I had it installed with a wire connection.  I'm know trying to install it wirelessly.  In trying to register the printer again, it's telling me that the e-mail that I entered is already in use.

did you upgrade from Win7 or install on a separate partition / clean install?
