I cannot type on my computer (I am currently using an extra computer) everytime I press a key it makes a clicking sound and does not show the character that I typed. It would be very helpful if someone could help me get the computer working for my great ant she needs to do her taxes tomorrow (3/10/17) and she needs the computer to do them, please help.

Hi,

Open windows Control Panel and in the top right, next to View by: select 'Large Icons'.  From the new layout, select the 'Ease of Access Centre' and click on the link 'Make the keyboard Easier to Use'.

If there is a tick in the box next to 'Turn on Sticky Keys' or 'Turn on Filter Keys', remove these then click Apply and Ok to save the change to see if this resolves the issue.

Regards,

DP-K
