Hi,

It is an HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n138tu :

    http://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c04855773

It has CPU, RAM, HDD ... on board means soldered to the mother board. Only one option: buying new machine because buying another motherboard may cost more (board and labor cost).

It has 1 microSD media card reader, you can use this to increade more storage. Very safe to use 64GB card.

Regards.

Hi,

There are many X2 around, what is yours ?  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

  http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108

But from the manual, if you wish to upgrade RAM, you need to buy another board from the following list (the last numver is part number):

Non-Windows 8 models with an Intel Core M-5Y70 processor and 8 GB of system memory 783115-001
Windows 8 Standard models with an Intel Core M-5Y70 processor and 8 GB of system memory 783115-501
Non-Windows 8 models with an Intel Core M-5Y70 processor and 4 GB of system memory 783112-001
Windows 8 Standard models with an Intel Core M-5Y70 processor and 4 GB of system memory 783112-501
Non-Windows 8 models with an Intel Core M-5Y10 processor and 8 GB of system memory 783116-001
Windows 8 Standard models with an Intel Core M-5Y10 processor and 8 GB of system memory 783116-501
Non-Windows 8 models with an Intel Core M-5Y10 processor and 4 GB of system memory 783113-001
Windows 8 Standard models with an Intel Core M-5Y10 processor and 4 GB of system memory 783113-501

Again, what is your machine ?

Regards.
