My laptop speakers are sounding terrible, I think my kids were playing games on it with the volume maxed out. I connect headphones and I don't have a problem with the audio so it's definitely related to the speakers. Is there anything else I can try? I need someone to contact me so I can get a repair quote as well 😞 I've used the forum before to get help with a repair request because calling the 1-800 can be frustrating.
