hp pavilion x2 - 10-n155sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi HP.

i got this HP pavilion x2 - 10-n155sa bought last nov. 2016, the tablet pc was constantly updated over time and made a lot of changes for the past few months. Im having trouble now with the limited space so I decided to restore  is as fresh copy of factory default yesterday April 28, 2017, suddenly it says cannot continue and restarted. Until now it leaves me with the boot loop stuck in HP logo and restart continuously.

I tried the following options to fix the system.

  • Key press esc for menu option and enter system recovery tool
  • Safe mode – no luck
  • Fresh copy restore – no luck
  • Fix startup – no luck
  • Restore point – no luck – no restore point
  • Restore from recovery media – not yet done

I’m running out of option which I need the last resort for the recovery media if available from HP

  • Final solution – boot from USB wipe everything and fresh install win 10

Problem - The system won’t boot in USB – please give an option to do.

Your reply will be much appreciated. Thank you..
