thanks for your support  , Previously tried this procedure did not succeed.
But I came up with the idea of possibly succeed:Wink:

I have no idea what that means.

Contact HP Support directly to talk to an agent to order your recovery media.

Good Luck.

Hello kaboor82

I see that the option to order recovery media is not available on the support and drivers page for your model laptop.

You can create your own set of media directly with a blank USB drive and using the HP Support

Assistant.

If you cannot create your own media and it is not available on the support site, you will need to contact HP Support directly for your area.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you very for your help.
Here's the procedure that you do.
I create a Media using another computer that is running on the system Windows 8.1
It has partially succeeded in entering the system. I find that just keep a copy Windows 10 operating through Flash

still icant boot from usb.

do you have any idea?

If you are trying to create a USB installer of Windows 10 from the Microsoft Media Creation Tool made from another computer, that will not work for your situation.

According to the specs, your system came with Windows 10 preinstalled.

You need to use the Recovery Media that you would have created from that system already or order a copy for your specific product number from HP.

The Media Creation Tool or another copy of Windows 10 ISO wont work because it will need the "activation code" that you wont have. That method will only work if you upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10.

In other words, the computer has to come with 8.1 originally, then have been upgraded to 10.

Now, depending on what method you use to create a bootable USB drive will determine if you need to need to go into the bios and turn off Secure Boot and enable Legacy mode.

The Microsoft Media Creation Tool will make the installer bootable into a UEFI type bios automatically.
