Hello All,
I have bought HP Pavilion Notebook dm1-4011tu last week. Running on Window 7 Home Premium with 2GB memory. I have no problem to gain access to most of my bank (ibanking), insurance company (e-care) and other websites to check on my transactions. Except for one of the insurance co website. I can gain access to their website but when I try to gain access to the secured webpage "e-connect", I will receive the following messages "Internet Explorer has stopped working" & "A problem with this webpage caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab". However, if I use my desktop PC (Window XP with 2GB memory), I have no problem to gain access to the "e-connect".
Please advise. Could this due to insufficient memory on my notebook with Window 7. Thanks.
Regards

Try updating your version of Inernet Explorer or try another browser.
I normally use Google chrome for my online banking without issues.
