On start up, an error message comes up "unable to start the stack service"

I keep my printer on all the time.  More often than not when I start up my computer the printer will not print from the bluetooth connection even though the bluetooth & wireless lights are on.  Many times it totally freezes up and I have to unplug it to get it to work again but still am unable to get the bluetooth to work.  Any suggestions?
