Bluetooth L2CAP, HP Pavilion DM4 product # WV565AV

IN devices & printers, my computer has a yellow alert; troubleshooter indicates L2CAP driver is a problem, attempts to fix it and cannot.  

 

Bluetooth is on but I cannot connect with devices.

 

I have attempted to download and install a new driver from Broadcom; on Install I get an Error 1935; I cannot find a driver at HP

 

Please help.

Error 1935 means that some third party software is running during the driver installation. I suggest uninstall all bluetooth drivers, clean the registry and install it again.
