 i have HP Pavilion G6 series laptop having Bluetooth peripheral device problem with windows 7 ultimate 32 bit. so help me solve this problem.

Hi,

 

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth software.

 

You can download the Bluetooth software from HP Support and Drivers page after entering the correct product

number of your notebook. It'll be under Network drivers.

 

If the problem continues please provide more info about the problem like the exact error message and also post the Product number of the notebook. Do not post the serial number.

me also have this problem but with my windows 7 home premium 64 bit.. so guys how we can slove it
