Hi,
I have a problem with my bluetooth device, I recently installed a brand new windows 7 professional 64 bit os (genuine of course - not the one that came with my laptop), I had updated all of my drivers, and they all seem to be working fine, except for my bluetooth device which shows "bluetooth FCC ID: N\A" in bios and "not connected" in hp support assistant.
I tried to search the forums a bit, and I noticed that some people have an option to switch on their bluetooth adapter via the support assistant (?) This option is not available for me.
In addition I tried every single network driver from this list http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategor
Also, when I try to install http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloa
Any suggestions?
The product was purchased in Israel - hp pavilion dv3 4395ej http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docnam
Thanks in advance!
Alex.
