I'm using a 2-3 years old tx1000z CTO. After 30 minutes to an hour the wireless connection suddenly dies. I have never had this problem before. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the wireless device with the latest drivers. The device reports no problems in the device manager. The light above the wireless on/off switch stays blue after the connection drops, indicating no problems. The device from this point on cannot see any networks, but insists that it is working ok. The only fix is to restart the computer, not hibernate it, logout/login, or anything else. But this only works for another hour or so. Here is a list of the network adapters reported in the device manager: Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN isatap.{[long hexadecimal UID]} isatap.gateway.2wire.net NVIDIA nForce 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet RAS Async Adapter Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface WAN Miniport (IP) WAN Miniport (IPv6) WAN Miniport (L2TP) WAN Miniport (Network Monitor) WAN Miniport (PPPOE) WAN Miniport (PPTP) WAN Miniport (SSTP) I have uninstalled every device except the Broadcom, NVIDIA, and "WAN Miniport" devices and restarted, but the others just come back. I think I must've connected to an IPv6 network at some point, and now Windows has "fixed" my system to work with the new network, but has instead caused this new problem. Any ideas?
