My wife has a HP laptop, model # g6-1209Tx, Product # QG360PA#ABG, S/N 5CD1414G9P, we cannot connect to our modem, the modem is a Billion 7300g, it does not show up on the connectivity page, it shows other users, it used to work, my laptop can find it, need help
