Cant print via Wireless - Ok via ethernet cable

Used to be able to wirelessly print to my C8180 all in one before a installed New Virgin Super Hub now will only print via USB cable from my iMAC (running Mountain Lion) - hope someone can help? Novice level when it comes to Tech stuff!!

Hey Maljuke,

Sounds like when you got the new "Super Hub" installed it reset the wireless settings. Print a network configuration page to see if the printer is connected to the network. Here is how:

 

  1. Touch Setup ( ) on the touch screen.
  2. Touch the Down Arrow ( ) to scroll to Network , and then touch Network .
  3. Touch the Down Arrow ( ) to scroll to Wireless Network Test , and then touch Wireless Network Test . The Wireless Network Test Report prints.
     
It will have a section for IP address. Post back and let me know what it is. Sould be in the format of 192.168.1.1. (The numbers do not matter, just in that format #.#.#.#)
