Difficulty getting IPAD to find HP Envy 100 printer

I have not been able to get my Ipad 2 or 3 to print on the HP Envy 100 wireless printer.

 

The desktop and printer work together wireless, however not the IPADs. They search for printer but then say "non found"

 

Any suggestions?

Hey Tazdog. Are you using AirPrint to print from or the HP Home & Biz app? Make sure Bluetooth is turned off on your devices. This can interfere with AirPrint. Also what kind of router are you using? Your router must support Bonjour to AirPrint and multicasting must be enabled. If your not sure if it is Bonjour capable let me know the model number and brand and I can check for you.
