Sorry to bother you again with the same problem. Having read through this thread, it seems like the best way to solve this problem is to reinstall the Bluetooth software, and that you seem to be the best person to ask about locating it. I've tried searching the HP software updates for my laptop model (HP Pavilion DV6-1333sa) and the Broadcom support page, but can't find the software download anywhere!

The closest I came was on the broadcom website, and downloaded their BT software download, which stops half way through detecting my device, giving a message that this software can't help, and that I should contact my manufacturer.

Can you help find the software download for my laptop model?

I'd really appreciate any help you can give!

Thanks for the link, but I use Windows 7 and I am told that HP doesn't have the driver for this OS...... Yet when I bought my laptop last September Bluetooth was working OK.

I have a HP G70T-200 CTO Notebook, running with Vista 32 bit windows.

I have tried everything to get the Bluetooth to work. I want to connect my mobile to the PC but the PC is not responding.

My mobile can see the computer, no problem, but the computer will not see the mobile.

Before I shoot my computer can anyone help please

my computer is HP dv6-2150us entertainment PC...I've had this message some

time now after trying to connect my old Motorola razor picture phone to my pc. 

Please help...I have no clue on how to fix this.
