Envy 14 : wireless driver don't work, help !

Hi everyone,

I own a Envy 14 Beats edition, reference is 14-1114ef, and my serial number is XE652EA.

I'm trying to find the wifi and bluetooth drivers, as I'm French, I found this page:

I downloaded the 2 Intel packages and the Broadcom one:

- the intel packages don't find any wireless adapter and terminate,

- same for the bluetooth package.

This PC ran previously Ubuntu Linux, I never used Bluetooth, by Wifi was perfectly operating.

So, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi:

If you are using Vista or windows 7, please click on the devices needing drivers in the device manager.

Then click on the details tab.

In the Properties drop down list, select the second item (Hardware ID's).

Post the top string of characters you see for your missing devices.  Those will identify the type and model and I can send you the link to the drivers.

Please let me know what operating system you are running and if it is the 32 or 64 bit version.
