Frequently looses internet connection

I have an HP Dv6-3373 Entertainment laptop.  I keep losing my internet connection when I do Facebook games or use Netflix.  I recently had a PC Tuneup done by Staples and since then the problem is existing,  How do I fix this?  I use Windows 7 and IE9 although I have tried Google Chrome and have the same problem.

They may have installed a bad network driver on your PC.  Since they performed the service you may want to take it back to them and have them verify the altest networking drivers from HP are instlaled.
