I'm trying to connect wirelessly but it keeps saying 'No internet page found". It connects but nothing comes up. I have two laptops, but I cannot make it to work on this HP Mini. Help! Is there a setting or something that is not set up right in order for the internet to come up. I've tried everything.

I just bought an HP Mini 311 and I have the same problem-- it says I am connected to the network, but it says "this page cannot be displayed" every time I bring up Internet Explorer. The other laptops on my home network have no problem connecting. Does anybody have any ideas??

Since I did not get any help. I decided to ask our IT guy here at work for any suggestions and this is what he recommended me to do and it worked. Hope it works for you too. Connect to your wired internet first then go to the HP support and drivers and download the latest version of Broadcom first at DRIVER-NETWORK
based on your Windows version you have. I have Windows XP. Once you download the latest version, then go to your control panel:
click on Network Connections
Right click on Local Network connections
Click on PROPERTIES
Click the ADVANCED Tab
Uncheck the both boxes where it says "to connect form other computers or somehting like that"
click OK
NOW UNPLUG THE WIRED INTERNET
Now go and log on to your wireless router. I've noticed that mines says that it's not connected, but when I click on it it says connected and internet is working. I'M happy with that, as long as the internet is working. You might want to also re-start your computer.
Hope this helps.
