HP Officejet 4500 All In One Printer CN54764001 - Windows 7 64-bit

HP Laptop 2000 & Officejet 4500 purchased in 8/11 set up with Belkin 150 router, worked fine for about 6 months and has been off and on since.  Belkin determined router defective and replaced apx 1 month ago; printer reinstalled but has never worked properly;  PC recognizes printer and says it is online and ready, documents from files will print but nothing from the web will.  I am exasperated.  HP downloaded fixes have not helped;  can anyone help?

The above printer works with my HP laptop with a cord (however, have been unable to setup with a wifi cordless).  but will not work with my wife's desktop computer even with a cord.  I have downloaded a driver for the printer and installed it on her computer (Gateway model # SX2800 with Windows 7) but it does not work for some reason.

Can you send me a driver on CD for the printer?  We have recently moved and the disk that came with the printed is safely tucked away in storage (we are between homes for at least 3-6 months).
