HP Pavilion dv7-4065dx keeps losing Artisan 710 Epson network printer

I keep calling Epson, and they walk me through reloading the printer, over and over, but nothing seems to stick. It's fine the first few times I print, then all of a sudden the connection is gone again.  They say "it must be something with your laptop." None of the other laptops have any problems connecting with this printer.  HELP!!!!
