HP Photosmart C6300 series / HP color Laser Jet 5500 (Windows Vista)

Hi I am having problem rpinting with my brand new HP color Laser Jet 5500. I set it up wirelessly but every time I tried to rpint something give a message like this

 

PCL XL Error

 

         Subsystem:        IllegalAttribute

         File Name:         kerlib.c

         Line Number:    4183

 

Could someone help me to solve this problem please?

 

I also tried to print with my old photosmart C6300 series printer but it does not respond. I replaced all two ink containers that were empty, I check the ink status and now they are almost full however the printer has a purple ink sign on the right hand upper corner with a little drop on the middle and I don't know what it means. I cleaned the heads but it didnt work neither.
