It would help greatly if you were to identify your notebook completely and the installed poerating system.
If you remove the battery there should be a label inside the space where the battery was that says p/n. Post the complete p/n here

According to the product specs page for your HP 2000-353NR Notebook PC, it came with Windows 7 64 bit.
However there could be one of several wireless cards installed.
Please click on the network controller in the device manager. Then click on the details tab.
In the Properties drop down list, select the second item (Hardware ID's).
Post the top string of characters you see in the window.
Those will identify the model of your wireless network card, and I can send you the link to the driver you need.
