Hp G60501NR Not Connecting without many refreshes

I currently have an HP-g60-501nr that has been acting up lately. The internet is not loading pages correctly and i have to refresh a page up to 3 times for it to fully show up. I also can no longer access my 2nd routers administration page(online). Yes, i can access it from any other computer or even my windows 8 consumer preview on same laptop) I have completely restored router and still nothing. I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit with intel celeron 900 (@2.2ghz) I upgraded my laptop to 4gb of ram 6 months ago too. Also, i have up to 20 svchost.exe running at a time with a minimum of at least 10. Also, when my laptop is on battery, it waits 5 seconds after pressing the power button to even light up. Is my computer just stinky or is it me. I have done a full format and reinstall of windows 7 and it works for 1 month then goes back to different but similar problems. I have also learned that closing the wmpnetwk.exe sometimes helps the internet problem but very rarely.
