Installing an Ethernet modem

I have re-installed Windows XP pro on top of Windows Xp and I am having trouble installing the Local area connection

 

Any pointers?

You need drivers. In order to help you find the correct driver we need more info on your machine. If this is a desktop PC the model number should be on the front of your tower.

 

If it is a laptop it will be on the Service Tag on bottom.Check for complete model number as shown in section 1 ,and post it.P/N in section 2 also will help>>> http://tinyurl.com/2krh3u
