I have been having issues with my wireless connection ever since I got my new HP Pavilion dv7-6b55dx. Randomly while either surfing the internet, trying to connect to an external HDD that is connected via USB to our router, or connectiong to another PC in a homegroup it won't be able to connect. The web pages will say that it couldn't load the page, his happens with any browser you try. I don't get any other error messages and it always shows that it is connected to the router with full bars. Eventually, if you wait long enough, it will start to work again. The issue happens even if you are sitting right next to the router so it doesn't appear to be an issue with the broadcast range of my router.
I upgraded my router shortly after buying the laptop thinking that the router was just old but the issues still happens even with a brand new router (Netgear N600 Dual Band Gigabit Router / Model WNDR3700). None of my other devices that connect to the router have a simliar issue (Phones / Xbox / PC).
I have tried updating the drivers for my network card (Intel Centrino Wireless-N 6150) to the latest version (14.3.1.1 - 12/8/11) on Intel's site but that didn't help either.
At this point I am running out of ideas and don't know what else I can try without just chalking it up to a bad peice of hardware. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
Keith

Just wondering if you ever got it fixed. I am having the same exact problem.
Thanks.
