i have a hp pavilion 6 series windows 7 i am having trouble with internet signal wireless not strong enough

Hi,

 

Here's one thing you can check.

 

Open windows Control Panel, open Power Options, next to your currently selected Power Plan click Change plan settings and inthe following window click Change advanced power settings.  Open up 'Wireless Adapter Setting' and then open up 'Power Saving Mode'.  For both 'On Battery' and 'Plugged In', click on the current power mode and a dropdown box will show - select Maximum Performance for both these entries and then click Apply and Ok to save the setting.

 

Restart the notebook and see if this has helped.
