LAN not working, 6to4 adaptor error 31

Hello,

 

I'm having a problem connecting to any LAN connections (including at home). Wireless still works sometimes but the speed depends on whether I'm using my wireless at home (extremely fast) or public university wireless (excruciatingly slow). I've noticed that I'm getting an error when I look at the 6to4 adaptor on my windows device manager. Updating the driver didn't seem to work so I just uninstalled it but this did not fix my problems either.

 

Could anybody shed some insight upon my problems?
