Alright, This is gonna be long. I have a HP Pavilion dv6-3019wm notebook laptop and I have had it for a year and 9 months, well my laptop is not functioning, I would say correctly. For the most part I can't get on the Internet or do anything involving the Internet without it cutting off, once it does this my entire system starts to slow, after this happens I can't do a thing, even shut down properly, if I try to shut it down it takes a good hour an a half then stops the shutdown process and says windows could not shutdown properly. I am not convinced anymore that this is a problem with the wireless card so please say some other options, also It keeps checking for concistancy, did a bios update last night which made my laptop completely go into a black screan doing nothing after turning back on with just a little white line blinking at the top left corner. I ended up running a startup test which (somehow) got me past it. Also when my wifi cuts out I can't even plug in an Ethernet cord (no it's not a Problem with the cord it works fine in my xbox) also sometimes these things happen consistently, and sometimes it takes a few hours before it starts this cycle over again. If anymore information I needed I'll glad let you know it. Thanks for any assistance.
