My Ethernet and network adapter is not working?

Paul. i downloaded the first one and it asked me to restart my laptop and all and so now that i did all that nothing has changed. is it suppose to work right away???

Is there something more i should do?

Did the driver get installed, or is there still a device with a ! mark?

If there is, I'm afraid I don't know what driver you need.

Hi:

The first one is the Atheros wireless network card.

The second one is the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 (video adapter).

Since you did not provide your PC model or operating system that is the best I can do.

Just install the video driver from your notebook's support and driver page.

Paul, My pc model is a HP Compaq6715s and i did mention it earlier? The operation system that im using is dell 32-bit .

I did download both of them and i dont know what to do next..?

I was answering the other person who "hijacked" your post.

I'm sorry but as I posted above, those were the only 2 drivers I could find that came close to the hardware ID's you posted.

I don't have any other suggestions you can try.

If you ran the downloaded files and they worked, you would have internet access and there would be no devices in the device manager with ! marks.
