My computer tends to bog down and run really slow

I checked the wireless connection through your site but it says it is fine.  When I am on the internet the computer bogs down, freezes or just plain won't work.  I used the internet a lot, have a really good virus protector but still have problems with it being slow.

Try power-cycling your wireless router and cable/dsl modem.
