My notebook not discover any bluetooth device

Hi i have a brand new presario cq43-400tu notebook. From begining i cant connect my pc with any bluetooth device. I using win7 os. I brought it from bangladesh. AThough device manager show bluetooth radio working properly and i installed latest atheros bluetooth adapter .from hp support suggestion i installed ms net framework 3.5 with service pack 1 but it not installed properly. Other 2 update i installed properly. Hp netframework and hp connection manager. But still in mobility center no wireless option. When i try 2 add a device my pc cant discover any device although i turned on my nokia phone. From my phone when i search to pair a device it discover "userpc"but i cant pair becouse my pc not response. I updated bias f33. Atheros 8 wifi lan working properly. In hp connection manager it tell wireless disabled by mobility center. Bluetooth on and lan not connected.why my pc cant discover any device. In bluetooth setting i make discoverable my pc to other device and allow connect to other device.for this issue i posted many but no response. Please help me.

You are probably not getting a response because no one knows the answer on how to help you.    I do not have a magic answer.

I will provide you with these documents so you can use it to very carefully go over what you have and check the settings again.  Sometimes having a check list with you helps in case there is something that was missed.  In some cases just doing the steps in a different order can straighten out what ever is wrong.

My problem not solve yet. It my last post. I think the note have a hardware problem or serious software problem. I read all the post on board and realize that all hp product have same problem.it was a great mistake to buy this notebook. But this have a great lesson not for me only but who faced similar problem.GOOD BY HP.
