New HP Pavilion dm4-3050us suddenly stopped connecting on second day

I had a brand new HP Pavilion which was working perfect for the first day, then on the second day, I was looking things up when the connection turned off. It couldn't connect or find any connection systems, yet on my other computer I could connect to the wireless internet just fine. I don't know if the wireless connection option suddenly disabled or if this is Windows 7 problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Mind did this as well- Day 2. I made absolutely no changes, and after spending an hour on the phone with a completely useless tech he informed me it was my fault and they were going to charge me.
Yeah- this is probably going back to the store for a full refund.

Same situation. New purchase of HP Pavilion dm4-3050us, brought it home, came up and connected with no problem, closed the lid for dinner came back and have not been able to connect wirelessly since yesterday.
Looked at the Intel site for the adapter downloaded newer driver but same result... no connection.
On the intel site this seems to be common with this family of adapters from Intel. Some of the users upgraded to Win 8 and had sporatic success. I think it's a driver Win 7 issue. I turned off the power management and power plan set to max for wifi and it connected for and hour before going back to its' bad behavior.
I will continue to research but I think I will bring this back to the store and have them replace the Intel N 1030 wifi card with a Broadcom 4313GN , that my friend has in their HP Envy 6-1010us, which has been working fine out of the box for the last month.
Any suggestions would be helpfull.
