No Wireless Access on 8760W

I just got an 8760W. It has a wireless card, the light is on (and I can turn it off/on). But I can't figure out how to get the thing to set-up (configure) a wireless network. Oh yeah, I'm running Windows 7.

I have opened the control panel and gone in to 'set up wireless' but it doesn't give me any opportunity to put in the SSID or anything else.
