Photosmart C4500 unable to clear documents in Queue from another Network user

I have a Photosmart C4500 Wireless Printer that both I and my son use. I repeatedly have problems getting my documents to print. I follow the steps in guided solutions, and everything checks out fine, including connectivity, but cannot get it to print. When I run the HP Print Diagnostic Utility it finds documents in the print queue. I click fix, and the utility comes up with problem fixed, but I cannot even print the test page. When I recheck the utility it comes up again with documents in queue. I believe the documents in question are from my son's laptop, not my HP Pavillion. Is there a way as the system administrator I can clear the queue from all users? My son says he has no documents in queue, but I know I cancelled all my documents and can't figure out where the documents in queue are coming from. One day everything is fine and I can print, but the next day I can't??? I am one of those "older luddites", but can follow directions.
