Hi I have a Deskjet 3845 connected via USB to Windows XP. I have a Macbook Air that used to print wirelessly to the printer but it stopped several weeks ago. The Mac sends the print job to the deskjet aok and it shows nothing in it's print queue, but XP shows "Document Name = Remote Downlevel Document, Status = Printing, Owner =Guest". The Deskjet goes through mechanical motion of getting ready to print but then just sits there and the queue gets stuck. Cancelling the print job results in "Status = Deleting Printing" but nothing happens. The only way I have found to clear the queue is using your HPPDU.exe Utility, or going through Admin services to stop/start spooling. I've gone through every step indicated in the solutions with no fix. When I've plugged the Deskjet directly into the Mac's USB - no problem printing. The XP has no problem printing either. ANY help appreciated, it's driving me crazy and wasting tons of time!! Maybe I should just buy another non-HP printer, which would be a shame. Thanks Ken
