ProBook 4430s lost wireless connection to Actiontec modum

New (1 month) ProBook automatically made wireless connection but recently lost it.  Now I can't re-set it up.  Actiontec GT701-WG is confirmed working (have another HP desktop connected wireless to it).   I've tried everything on the Network and Sharing Center but nothing works.  Need some help!
