I am trying to get onto the HP sit so I can go to eprinter. However, when I try to log in I am told that either my email or password is wrong. Then when I try to retrieve my password, it says my email address is not the one I am registered with, so I cannot send off a message as this is the only address i have. I don't know if when I signed up a few minutes earlier I missed out a 'd' in the middle of my email address as it keep coming up with that option. I f so I need to be reregistered with the correct email. I can't find a way of doing this. Please can you help
My printer is a HP Desk jet 3050A CN19N430X5

Clare,
I do NOT know if this applies to ePrint. I do know it applies to regular HP accounts. If you cannot get anyone to help you and it does not get straightened out, try this:
I removed all the explanation parts, because I don't know if they apply...
Bottom Line, Try using your HP Forum Email address to sign into your ePrint account. Use your regular password.
I hope this helps!
