Problem with bluetooth device

hi,

 

i have HP dv6 6b58sa, product num is A3C36E#ABU SERIAL NUM 2CE13186V, From the very first whenever i try to connect my bluetooth to my mobile or my bluetooth headset, it connects with both device but not perform any function, i cannot send or recieve file from pc and from mobile as well. when i connect my bluetooth  headset, i can't find any change in audio system where i set up this device, like i did in my previous laptop.

 

Also when i move different options in bluetooth settings it always gives me this error (windows shell DLL is not responding)

 

i just update my bluetooth drivers, tried to download from HP and reinstall but i am not able to remove it....

 

Any solution please
