Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot this is for a HP Officejet J5780 All-in-One ,

Printer is not printing copies, I did disconnect the printer from the computer last year, and called myself deleting off of the laptop, it keeps showing a document, from last year, that looks like it may not have printed, so everytime i submit a copy to print,it shows the number of copies successfully printed, but nothing happens on the copy machine, does not make a printing sound. HP Officejet J5780 All-in-One connected to a Windows Vista Laptop

I have the J3680 All-in-one and when I try and print or copy it says the cartrige is not the right one and I have been using it for fours with the same one.

 

What can I do to fix this?
