Trouble Installing Bluetooth Adapter

HP Pavilion dv6-6b27nr Notebook PC /Serial # 2CE1401DWX / Product Number : A1T17UA#ABA

 

I can not get any Bluetooth Adapter to work on my laptop. I have tried using Broadcom's Bluetooth Assistant and that doesnt even work..

 

Any Ideas on how to fix this Problem?

The Bluetooth Issue Was Fixed . Solution : Mother Bored Had Severed a tiny connector . Connector was Replaced and USB Port Connections were able to be astablished..
