Uploading pictures

For about a week now I am unable to upload any pictures to the web.  I have tried on Ebay and I am trying to create an order for an online photo album.  I have tried restoring my PC but that has not worked.

 

I am currently using Internet Explorer 9 just now and Windows 7.

 

I turned off my firewall and that did nothing.  Can anyone help?

Hi,

 

Try resetting IE 9 and Check..

 

Reset Internet Explorer 9 settings

 

Also download alternate browser like mozilla and see if that works..
