I have an HP Pavilion dv7 that is only three years old and is used rarely. I was having problems adding a network HP printer so I looked on "devices and printers" and see that there is a message to trouble shoot this computer. It will not fix the following problems found in the troubleshooting process:
Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology Driver needs to be reinstalled
Keyboard Filter is not installed, missing driver
PnP device problems
and
Windows Update configured to never update drivers
I have done nothing cause these changes and am at a total loss to fix the problems. If anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated. Thanks.
