blio fails.

i have a new Pavilion

when i try to register BLIO i get      "not connected to the internet"           all other functions to the internet are OK,  IE, chrome, youtube,etc                John

It may not be your fault...Your timing may be magic, is all.  Smiling.  Brand new computer - everything else works... internet works... and Blam!  You hit a wall.

 

I just checked on the Blio support website.  Another user is complaining of the same issue - the response from Blio Support was to try and log into the Blio web site.  ???

 

This (same issue) apparently happened to Blio in March (2012)... and at some point a message was posted on the Blio Support site for everyone to hang in there while the Support team worked on a fix.

 

So, I am not blowing you off by any means... it is just that the issue may be on the Blio Server side.  Wait a bit and try again... see if waiting fixes it.
