HP Pavilion dv6-3031nr Entertainment Notebook PC
Serial Number: CNF025GF1K
Product Number: xa669ua
OK so I can not connect bluetooth devices anymore for some reason. Also the bluetooth icon no longer displays in the system tray, and in control panel there is no longer a bluetooth option. Yet in the hp wireless advisor it says buetooth is on. I have googled this issue to no avail so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Please try this
- Click Start
- In the search box type services.msc then press Enter
- Locate Bluetooth service on the list and start it on (use automatically)
Hope this helps.

bluetooth service was already started and set to automatic. Bluetooth support service was stopped and set to manual so i started it and set it to automatic but this didnt help either. I am thourough confused here since it seems to be installed but not showing up in control panel
