cant get my pavilion dv5 1050ei bluetooth started

i recently upgraded my OS from vista premium to window 7 ultimate and since then, unfortunately, i cannot put on the bluetooth using hp wireless assistant page and even with the quick launch button. Not even showing in device manager as well. Any kind of help will be appreciated. model is pavilion dv5 1050ei
