cant get quickweb to run on my new Pavillion dv6-6176sx after installation. Please help. (219 Views)

cant get quickweb to run on my new Pavillion dv6-6176sx after installation. Please help.

I just bought an HP Pavillion dv6-6176sx. Before buying, the sales rep told me it had quickweb and explained all the advantages. But when i booted up, there was no quickweb.  I cannot enable from my BIOS because there is no option. 

 

So i downloaded the installation file and installed it. It wanted to install under my HPTOOLS drive, but it wont fit. it said it needed 100mb of free space, but since i already updated my BIOS (hoping it the IOS option would appear), i think it saved some data on it and now i just have around 80mb left.  So i installed under my C drive. 

 

it still wont work.. It doesnt run even when i press the quickweb or F5 button when its off. There is no record of the application under my start menu. 

 

Im using windows 7 home premium 64-bt.
