dv7-3112sa bluetooth missing

Help- Just brought this laptop refurbished. specifications on external websites say bluetooth. Machine says no. No Bluetooth in control panel, no icon in tray. No bluetooth on wireless assistant. I think someone left out the bluetooth card.

please can someone confirm that this machine is or is not equipped with bluetooth.

calosfandangosu, here are the specs of the computer from HP: dv7-3112sa

 

The computer does not come with bluetooth.

Thanks Dave,

but according to that spec theres no wifi either.

When the battery is removed it has the bluetooth logo printed on the underside of compartment.

 

All the websites i have searched say its got bluetooth, but HP support wont confirm it, as they say I have to speak to PCworld who dont seem to know either.
